You could have previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Retail Assistant, or in a Customer Care environment. We have a part-time Customer Advisor opportunity in our Pavers team at Hilliers Garden Centre, Horsham, on a 12-hour, 3-days-per-week temporary 3-month contract.
Good availability is needed as the role includes a mix of weekend and weekday work.
Pay, Hours & Benefits for our Customer Advisor
Starting from 1st April 2024:
£11.70 per hour for 21+ (18-20 £9.60 per hour; 16-17 £7.85 per hour)
After completing the retail induction PaSS stages, pay increases to £12.05 per hour for 21+ (18-20 £9.87; 16-17 £8.07)

Day-to-day responsibilities:
* Advise customers on shoe care and accessories to meet their needs, achieving daily KPIs

* Support store standards, product placement, and stockroom management
