Responsibilities
* Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the chefs, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained.
* Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces regularly to uphold cleanliness standards.
* Support the cooking team by organising ingredients and maintaining an orderly kitchen environment.
* Help with the washing up of dishes, pots, and pans to ensure a smooth workflow during service times.
* Dispose of waste appropriately and assist with stock rotation to minimise food waste.
* Maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.
