Your new company
An interesting government organisation is embarking on a finance systems transformation and seeking a Finance Transformation Lead with end-to-end implementation experience and existing working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for 12-month FTC.
Based in Canary Wharf, they offer a generous hybrid policy requiring 20% office attendance.
Your new role
- Lead this end-to-end implantation of Microsoft Dynamics 365: Oversee project governance, timelines, budgets, risk management, and quality assurance across design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Drive Finance Systems Transformation: Define and deliver the roadmap aligned with organisational strategy, ensuring efficiency and innovation.
- Act as the main point of contact, liaising between the digital transformation partner and internal IT & Finance teams.
- Optimise Processes & Data Flows: Evaluate current finance systems and processes to identify improvements, manage UAT, and resolve system issues effectively.
- Provide training, enabling teams to utilise full system capabilities for process improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience as a Systems Accountant, working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central or F&O): essential.
- Experience of end-to-end implementation: essential.
- Good communication skills - translating financial and tech language for wider teams.
- Strong understanding of finance processes (P2P, FP&A, O2C, R2R)
