1. Position: Car Sales Executive
2. Location: Luton
3. Basic Salary: £20,000
4. OTE: £40,000+ (uncapped commission potential)
5. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm
6. Rota'd weekend work
We are recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a well-established, family-run main dealership in Luton as they expand with an exciting new franchise launch alongside their existing volume manufacturer representation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing sales team at a pivotal time, with strong stock availability, a busy showroom, and excellent earning potential for motivated individuals.
Responsibilities:
7. Selling new and used vehicles in a busy showroom environment
8. Managing customer enquiries (walk-ins, phone, online leads)
9. Building strong rapport and long-term customer relationships
10. Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
11. Working closely with the sales management team to maximise opportunities
12. Delivering excellent customer service throughout the buying journey
Requirements:
13. Previous automotive sales experience preferred (main dealer experience advantageous)
14. Familiarity with volume retail sales environments
15. A strong desire to succeed in a target-driven role
16. Excellent communication and customer service skills
17. A positive, self-motivated attitude and willingness to learn
18. Equally, we are open to ambitious individuals looking to develop into the motor trade
Package & Earnings:
19. Uncapped commission structure
20. Realistic OTE of £40,000+ (approx. 15 units per month target level)
21. Performance-based earning potential with no upper limit
22. Commission paid on profit-based structure
