Aftercare / Minor Works Project Manager Super-Prime Residential Contractor Central London A well-established super-prime contractor based in Central London is looking to appoint a highly organised and client-focused Aftercare / Minor Works Project Manager to oversee their growing portfolio of completed projects and ongoing client maintenance requirements. This role sits at the front line of client relationships and is responsible for ensuring that exceptional properties continue to be maintained and improved to the highest standards. The successful candidate will manage a variety of aftercare works, maintenance projects and minor refurbishments, coordinating both the companys in-house trades and their established specialist supply chain. Key Responsibilities Managing the aftercare and minor works programme across completed super-prime residential projects Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing a highly professional and responsive service Pricing and preparing quotations for maintenance works, remedial items and small project upgrades Planning and scheduling works efficiently to minimise disruption to clients and occupied homes Coordinating a combination of in-house trades and trusted specialist subcontractors Managing works on site to ensure quality, discretion and attention to detail at all times Overseeing project administration including cost tracking, programme management and reporting Maintaining excellent relationships with clients, consultants and the supply chain Candidate Requirements Experience working within super-prime or prime residential construction Background as a Project Manager, Site Manager or Contracts Manager delivering high-end residential projects Strong ability to price and organise small works packages Excellent organisational and scheduling skills Highly professional with the confidence to deal directly with high-net-worth clients and their representatives Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong communication and relationship management skills The Opportunity Join a respected super-prime contractor with an excellent reputation Work on some of Londons finest residential properties Take ownership of an important client-facing function within the business Long-term opportunity within a stable and growing contractor
