We are looking for some more heroes to join our Careium Family

We have fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to work alongside our dedicated Customer Service Team where you will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

What you will be responsible for:

1. Answering inbound calls and Emails
2. Dealing with enquiries, providing information on the service we deliver
3. Support our clients with the onboarding process
4. Technical queries
5. Taking Payments
6. Offboarding clients

You will strive to deliver the highest standard of customer service and promote a positive experience for our clients.
