Job Title: Reach Truck Driver

Pay Rates: Night Shift: £16.34 per hour
The Role
We are currently recruiting for experienced Reach Truck Drivers to join a fast-paced food manufacturing site based in ST5.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing, stable work with immediate starts available, with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Please note: This role involves working in a freezer environment at temperatures of up to -25°C, therefore the ability to work in these conditions is essential.
Shift Patterns & Working Days
* Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 21:30 – 06:30
Key Responsibilities
* Operating a Reach Truck in a safe and efficient manner
* Using a Pedestrian Pallet Truck (PPT) where required
* Transporting goods across warehouse and freezer areas
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* Picking and moving stock accurately
* Following all health & safety and site procedures
* Supporting general warehouse duties when needed
Working Environment
* Work will be carried out in a freezer environment (up to -25°C)
* Full PPE is provided, including thermal jackets and protective clothing suitable for low temperatures
Requirements
* Valid Reach Truck licence – essential
* Minimum 1 year experience operating a Reach Truck – essential
* PPT (Pedestrian Pallet Truck) experience/licence – preferred
* Previous experience in a warehouse or food production environment
* Must be comfortable working in freezer temperatures (-25°C)
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work set shift patterns
* Available to start immediately
