Employment Law Paralegal required for our Colchester-based legal client working within their well-established employment team under the supervision of an experienced employment partner. It is essential for this role that you possess previous paralegal and employment law experience, with a motivation to progress further in your career in employment law.

The Role
* Working under the supervision of an employment partner with over a decade of experience
* Handling a wide range of employment law matters
* Managing cases across both private and public sectors
* Representing both employers and employees
* Office hours are 9-5 with flexibility to 8-4 or 10-6, plus one study day per week
The Person
* Previous paralegal and employment law experience is required
* A self-motivated individual capable of building strong client relationships
* Driven, positive, and highly motivated
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Friendly, caring attitude with a passion for excellent customer care
