This role offers the chance to teach students across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering personalised learning experiences that encourage both academic success and personal growth.
The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
* Support students academic progress alongside their social and emotional development
* Collaborate with teaching assistants and the wider SEN department
* Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies where needed
* Foster a structured, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
About You
We are looking for a SEN Teacher who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification
* Has experience working with students with special educational needs
* Understands the secondary curriculum and effective differentiation strategies
* Demonstrates patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach
* Communicates effectively and thrives as part of a team
