My client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to provide generalist support, with a focus on employee relations, employment law, and organisational change. This role offers the chance to work closely with managers and employees, making a real impact across the organisation.
Hybrid working (1 day every fortnight on site)
up to £38k pro rota
Part time hours - 22-30 hours per week
What you’ll do:
Advise and support managers on HR matters and ER cases
Contribute to organisational change and HR projects
Coach and support colleagues on complex issues
Act as a first point of contact for HR queriesWhat we’re looking for:
CIPD qualified (Assoc/Chartered) or equivalent
Strong HR generalist and case management experience
Excellent communication and influencing skills
