This is a permanent, office-based role with some flexibility, reporting directly into the General Manager. Are you experienced in aggregate sales, quarry operations, or similar? Do you know your way around civil engineering contractors, and have a solid understanding of construction material specs? Are you ready to take ownership of commercial strategy, manage a small team, and drive sales across a well-established, high-performing site with genuine growth plans? The Company: Were working with a specialist business in the quarrying and recycling sector, operating as a standalone unit within a well-backed group. Turnover sits at around £10m, with plans to open a new site next year. This is a fast-paced environment with a flat structure and a team that values accountability, collaboration, and long-term customer relationships. The Role: This is a broad commercial role, managing sales performance, pricing, product strategy, and customer service across multiple quarrying and recycling sites. You'll work closely with contractors, housebuilders, and infrastructure clients on everything from enquiries to delivery.
