What You’ll Do:

Take full responsibility for the safe, effective, and compassionate day-to-day running of the home

Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated care team, promoting a culture of kindness and excellence
*
Ensure compliance with all CQC standards and continually drive improvement in quality of care
*
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals
*
Manage budgets and resources effectively to maintain high standards in every aspect of the home
What We’re Looking For:

Proven Home Management experience within elderly care (residential or nursing)
*
Strong understanding of dementia care best practice
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills
*
A passion for delivering person-centred care and achieving outstanding outcomes
