Role:
Property Manager
Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 Per Annum
Location: Sheffield

Key Responsibilities:
12. Managing and instructing repairs and alterations at managed properties
13. Managing renewals of relevant safety certifications
14. Carrying out inspections and property management visits
15. Liaising daily with tenants, landlords and contractors
16. Managing tenant check-in and check-out procedures, negotiating deposit returns
17. Supervising quotations and processing invoices and documentation onto internal systems
18. Liaising with utility companies regarding tenant changeovers
19. Conducting occasional viewings to support the lettings team
20. Managing your own portfolio of properties within a fast-paced environment
The Successful Candidate:
21. Experience in a similar property management or customer service role preferred
22. Office-based experience
23. Good knowledge of Lettings Regulations preferred
24. Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and general internet use
25. Well presented, articulate and professional communicator
26. Confident, hardworking and proactive with a “can-do” attitude
27. Able to work to tight deadlines in a busy environment
28. Pragmatic, organised and able to work independently
29. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
