I need you to have experience at the 2nd Line level with most of the following technologies: - Microsoft 365, SharePoint, MS Desktop (Windows 7–11), MS Server (2012–2019) - Hyper-V, VMware, Azure - Networking skills including Switches, Routers, and Firewalls (WatchGuard preferred), as well as DHCP and DNS - Knowledge of Active Directory, Antivirus solutions, and Printers - MS Office (2010/365) Responsibilities: I will need you to provide 2nd Line remote and onsite support to a diverse range of customers. You will act as an escalation point for 1st Line engineers. Assisting with installations and project work across core technologies will be part of your role. Prioritizing and resolving tickets in line with SLAs is also a key responsibility. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation. I may ask you to contribute to the Out of Hours rota when required.
