Duties
* Greeting customers and managing service booking appointments professionally
* Advising customers on required services and ensuring efficient workflow to enhance satisfaction
* Upselling service plans, warranties, and additional repairs where appropriate
* Handling customer inquiries and providing regular updates during the vehicle’s service process
* Communicating with technicians and team members to ensure timely service delivery
* Accurately recording all customer interactions within the dealership’s CRM system, such as Kerridge and other main dealer management software
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade; experience with premium or luxury brands is advantageous
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service
* Knowledge of Kerridge or similar dealership management systems
* Ability to confidently engage with a discerning clientele
* Organised, energetic, and a team player with a professional attitude
* Valid UK driving licence
