What You Will Do Assist operational floor in the introduction of new products. Control the introduction of Engineering Design changes into production. Ensure the accuracy of Manufacturing Bills of Materials. Improve where appropriate shop floor processes and control systems to optimise material flow. Identify the need for appropriate assembly tooling, jigs and fixtures etc. to enhance productivity. To assist in the introduction of lean manufacturing process improvements and cost reduction initiatives. Working with other teams and functions to ensure effective delivery. Other duties as required to support business needs. Qualifications You Must Have Studying towards a degree in a relevant Engineering discipline. Qualifications We Prefer Relevant experience in implementing the principles of lean manufacturing. Relevant engineering experience gained in a manufacturing environment.
