About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join a well:established site in Wembley. This is a Monday to Friday, days:only position offering excellent work:life balance along with long:term career stability.
This role is ideal for a qualified engineer looking to work within a professional and supportive environment, delivering high:quality planned and reactive maintenance across a busy building services contract.
Key Responsibilities:
: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
: Diagnose and repair electrical or mechanical faults efficiently.
: Ensure all statutory compliance tasks are completed to a high standard.
: Maintain and service plant equipment including HVAC systems.
: Support with general building services maintenance when required.
: Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.
: Provide excellent service to clients and stakeholders on site.
Electrical Engineers Must Have:
: Recognised electrical qualification (City and Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
: Experience working on lighting, power, distribution boards, and control systems.
: Fault:finding experience on electrical systems.
: Knowledge of BMS systems and building services plant.
Mechanical Engineers Must Have:
: Recognised mechanical qualification (City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent).
: Experience working on HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and pipework.
: Strong mechanical fault:finding skills.
: Experience within commercial building services maintenance.
Experience Required:
: Minimum 3 years' experience in building services maintenance.
: Strong understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance procedures.
: Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
