37.5 hours per week term time only + 3 weeks during holiday periods (possibility of part time hours Mon-Fri)

We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and motivated individual to manage the admissions process at the School. Previous experience of working in a similar role in the independent school sector would be advantageous. As the first point of contact for prospective parents, you will have a personable and welcoming manner combined with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to deal with administrative tasks efficiently. You will have good knowledge and understanding of statutory attendance requirements and be able to switch seamlessly between administrative processes and delivering a first class customer service experience. The capacity to build relationships and be committed to support the School's Christian ethos is essential. The successful candidate will join a team of dedicated staff at an outstanding prep school, awarded TES Independent Prep School of the Year 2023 and Chartered College of Teaching Research Mark Plus.
The successful candidate will require flexibility and be willing to contribute to all aspects of school life. High expectations, dedication and an ability to work as part of a team are essential. Working in a school environment you will have regular contact with children.
