The successful candidate will benefit from biannual pay increases and a clear pathway into senior management within a few years.\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nLiverpool Based - Hybrid working model\nSpecialising in semi-independent living support\n\nRegistered Manager overseeing up to 3 homes\n\nStrategic role with scope to influence and lead the development of the service.\n\nOversee the provision of person-centred care, support, and guidance to promote well-being and independence.\n\nDevelop and manage the service budget, ensuring effective utilisation of resources and adherence to financial targets.\n\nMonitor expenditure, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising the quality of care.
