Reward Business Partner
As a reward Business Partner, you will manage and develop reward strategy, policies, and projects on an EMEA region-wide basis, encompassing all aspects of compensation and benefits.
Objectives of the role are:
* Developing reward policies and practices which are aligned with business requirements, market situation, and changing legislation in 23 countries.
* Advising the business on the competitiveness and effectiveness of reward packages and their impact on EVP.
* Supporting the business with the development of incentive and reward, and recognition plans.
* Construction of offers and proposals for candidates for roles at all levels in the organisation and in diverse business units and countries.
* Providing insightful and pragmatic benchmarking analysis and ensuring an effective approach in markets where data is sparse or incomplete.
* Develop and operate an effective job evaluation process to support the Company’s career architecture structure and pay equity practices.
1. Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the business and HR Managers in all parts of the region with aspects of the reward package and its management, including the development of policy and purchase of services
* Provide support and guidance to HR Managers across the region
* Develop an understanding/appreciation of our overall reward packages (salary, Equity, Bonus, Benefits, Pension) and their position in the market
* Where necessary, implement changes to reward packages. Fully addressing legal considerations (employment contract, supplier contract, data security issues etc.)
* Work with Country HR Managers across the region on the employee relations and collective bargaining implications of reward issues and assist in their management.
* Create and or adapt Chubb policies as necessary, with an awareness of the legal and contractual implications.
* Write and devise employee communications on reward package elements.
* Support the Compensation Review Process for the EMEA region.
2. Required skills and experience:
* An understanding and awareness of the strategic role of reward.
* Ability to develop policies that address strategic and regulatory requirements.
* Ability to write policies and develop processes that put them into practice.
* Good communication skills and an ability to address a wide range of stakeholders, including Senior Management, employees, and regulators.
* Excellent analytical and data manipulation skills.
* A high level of practical experience in using benchmarking data and surveys
* Experience with career architecture and job evaluation.
