We are working with a top tier Belfast firm who are seeking a Legal Executive to join their Private Client practice.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a highly reputable Private Client team, working on a varied caseload, covering both conveyancing and probate matters. Key duties will include administrative functions, such as audio typing and document drafting, file management, managing diaries and organising meetings, and supporting client communications.
The candidate will play a key support role, assisting fee-earners in case preparation, legal research, and drafting, while managing files and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
Essential Criteria:
* Previous legal secretary experience is desirable;
* Excellent written and verbal communication;
* Organisation skills;
* Ability to work in a busy environment;
* Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills;
* Team player;
* Technically excellent.
