The post holder will provide professional, managerial, and robust clinical leadership to a specified ward area.
The post holder is responsible for promoting and assuring robust risk assessment and management processes.
The post holder will provide financial management within the constraints of the identified budget, as directed by the Matron.
The post holder will actively support and participate in the integration of a whole system approach with multidisciplinary working at all times.
The post holder will perform delegated duties on behalf of the Matron in their absence.
The post holder will ensure everyone, including staff, patients, and visitors, has their right to be treated with respect and have their values and beliefs maintained, ensuring their privacy and dignity are preserved.
