Housekeeping & Property Presentation Coordinator
Worcester | Permanent Role | Immediate Start Available
£13 per hour + Guest Review Bonuses + Complimentary Staff Stays

We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-focused Housekeeping & Property Presentation Coordinator to join our expanding hospitality team across Worcester and the surrounding areas. This role is far more than standard cleaning duties, we are looking for someone who genuinely cares about creating welcoming environments and delivering exceptional standards throughout every guest stay.

Every property is thoughtfully prepared to reflect warmth, quality, and attention to detail, and our housekeeping team plays a vital role in maintaining those standards.

The Opportunity
This position combines professional housekeeping with guest-focused property presentation. You will be responsible for preparing properties to the highest possible standard while ensuring each space feels inviting, polished, and guest-ready. From arranging finishing touches to ensuring consistency across all properties, your work will directly contribute to the positive experiences our guests remember.

The successful candidate will help ensure every property is:

Exceptionally clean and well maintained
Presented to a consistently high standard
Fully prepared for guest arrivals
Styled in line with our brand and guest expectations

You will also use our property management system to complete checklists, upload photographs, and report any maintenance or inventory issues. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and prepare guest accommodation to a premium standard
Arrange and present rooms in line with company presentation guidelines
Add finishing touches to create welcoming and comfortable environments
Travel between properties across Worcester and nearby areas when required
Collect supplies and manage stock between storage locations
Carry out inventory checks and report any damages or maintenance concerns
Upload property photos and reports using our operations app
Work independently while maintaining excellent time management
Help deliver the high-quality guest experience our brand is recognised for

What We Are Looking For

We would love to hear from applicants who:

Take genuine pride in their work and standards
Have excellent attention to detail
Understand the importance of presentation and guest experience
Are dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
Can work confidently alone and manage workloads effectively
Are flexible and comfortable travelling between locations
Have previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
Are willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check if required
Can provide two references

Driving & Travel Requirements

As this role involves supporting multiple properties across Worcester and surrounding areas, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own transport. Mileage contribution is provided.
