Job Description:

Overall Purpose of Role:

Working as part of the Central Technical Services Global Maintenance Programme & Reliability teams in our Aberdeen, Dunlin Road Office to support the administrative duties for the Maintenance Programmers and Reliability Analysts.

The administrator role responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Maintenance Programmes Administration:

1. Maintain a structure on the computerised business systems to record all Maintenance Programme amendments and ‘Temporary Amendments’. This must be retained for future presentation to any relevant authority.
2. Record Document Change Requests submissions for presentation at monthly meetings for future implementation into the respective aircraft fleet’s amendment.
3. Maintain the Document Change Requests Service Desk facility for the status of all Document Change Requests.
4. Generate agenda’s and produce minutes for the monthly Maintenance Programme Amendment Meetings (MPAM) at a time suitable to the department’s workload and attendance.
5. Amend Prefaces in a timely manner, in accordance with Airworthiness Management‘s strategy, and at a frequency of twice a year. Ensure that the computerised business system’s Maintenance Programme amendment and the electronic copy of the Maintenance Programmes are synchronised.
6. Ensure Annual Reviews for AMPs are adhered to and commenced in a timely manner. Ensure Fleet Specialists are informed of the due dates of any upcoming Annual Reviews.
7. Liaise with Document Control on all aspects of Maintenance Programme distribution and prioritisation.
8. Amend relevant documentation based on OEM Publication releases as prioritised by the Fleet Engineering Manager & Maintenance Programme Administrators.
9. Available as a resource for the Maintenance Programme Control Manager for any additional projects that may arise.
10. Uphold Bristow Code of Business Integrity and Core Values.

Reliability Administration:

11. Populate each Bristow Reliability Report with the Reliability content that is produced by the Reliability Supervisor.
12. Keep an accurate and up to date repository of all Reliability Reports and Databases.
13. Facilitate and create Maintenance Programme Review Board documentation and capture minutes from each meeting.
14. Transfer of documents to TEAMS.

Person Specification: (minimum education requirements, key skills, and experience)

Experience:

15. Experience in an administrative role background.
16. Previous experience within the aviation industry or knowledge of aviation is beneficial but not required.
17. General office skills.

Key Skills & Competencies:

18. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
19. Good IT & documentation administration skills.
20. Excellent attention to detail.
21. Communicative.
22. Must demonstrate a can-do attitude with a desire to learn and adapt in the role.
23. Ideal for a self-starter who is self-motivated and can work under pressure.

All applicants must be currently eligible to work and live in the UK.

The position will be based in the Aberdeen Airport, Dunlin Road office, however, a limited amount of remote working may be considered.
