Uncover assets and disrupt serious and organised crime.
As a SOC Financial Investigator for EMSOU, you’ll drive investigations into serious and organised crime. You’ll recover assets and obtain confiscation orders through development of intelligence and gathering evidence to help prosecute money laundering offences.
We have a full-time (37 hours) and part-time position (25.9 hours) available.
You’ll be
* Planning investigations ensuring they are conducted thoroughly.
* Identifying criminally obtained assets and conducting confiscation inquiries.
* Providing specialist financial investigation advise to a range of stakeholders.
You must have
* Current or previous accreditation as a Financial Investigator.
* Complex crime investigation skills including asset confiscation and exhibit handling.
* Awareness of intelligence gathering with experience of financial intelligence submissions.
Due to the nature of the role, applicants must have 5 years’ continuous residency in the UK.
