Email Marketing Specialist
to take ownership of our B2B outreach and automation campaigns. This is a hands-on role where you'll design, build, and optimise highly targeted sequences using tools like
Smartlead, Instantly,, Clay
and more — driving quality leads and supporting the growth of our recruitment business.

Birmingham City Centre (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)
Salary:
£35,000 - £45,000
What you'll be doing:
* Running targeted B2B email campaigns using automation tools such as
Smartlead, Instantly, Clay, or equivalent
* Building segmented, personalised workflows to maximise deliverability, engagement, and conversions
* Enriching data and building prospect lists via platforms like
, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or similar
* Managing campaigns through CRMs such as
HubSpot, Marketo, Bullhorn, Vincere, or JobAdder
* Analysing results, reporting on open/click/reply rates, and refining strategies based on performance data
* Working closely with business development teams to align campaigns with growth objectives
What you'll need:
* Proven experience in B2B
email marketing and outbound automation
* Hands-on expertise with tools like
Smartlead or Instantly
* Experience utilising high levels of data via
Clay
(or similar)
* Experience using data/prospecting tools like
, Lusha, ZoomInfo
to build and segment lists
* Strong CRM campaign management skills (Hubspot, Marketo, Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder or equivalent)
* A data-driven mindset with the ability to iterate campaigns based on performance metrics
* Proactive and highly organised, with an eye for detail in campaign execution
What's on offer:
* £35,000 - £45,000 salary depending on experience
* Hybrid working – 3 days per week in our Birmingham City Centre office
