About The Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll support pupils aged 5 - 14 with a range of additional needs. Your role will involve working closely with class teachers, delivering tailored support both in the classroom and through hands-on, activity-based learning - indoors and out.

* Assisting with personalised learning activities
* Supportive pupils during physical education or outdoor lessons
* Helping implement positive behaviour strategies
* Leading small group sessions that build confidence and independence

Previous experience in a SEND setting is a bonus, but not essential - training is provided.
