Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager supporting both the Restaurants and Events divisions of the business, as well as our newer Online division.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who lives and breathes all things marketing, knows how to blend data with storytelling, is digitally savvy and results‑focused, loves brands that dare to do things differently, has a flair for creative thinking, and has a strong appreciation for faith and family values. You’ll have the chance to influence the brand, the challenge to lead and drive all comms activity, the responsibility to deliver results, as well as the opportunity to manage and mentor a small team!
Key Responsibilities
* Drive all things Brand & Communications / Marketing for the three divisions of the business: Restaurants, Events & Online.
* Support execution, development and evolution of the Brand concept and touchpoints.
* Oversee and execute all Comms, including:
o Physical and digital marketing, including campaigns, menu and new dish launches, email campaigns, social media, SEO and listings, PR, as well as the MyLahore website, App and Rewards programme.
o Local restaurant and venue support, together with review and query management.
o Strategy, insights, planning and reporting.
* Lead on partnerships, charity and community.
* Oversee and manage day‑to‑day operations of the Brand & Comms function and team, and manage relationships with agencies/partners.
* Report directly to the Managing Director.
You’ll Have
* Proven experience and skills as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, at least 3-5 years experience, ideally within hospitality, events or lifestyle brands.
* Strong understanding of brand and communications principles and practice.
* Digital expertise and comfort with all things tech.
* Proficiency in using marketing tools and analytics platforms.
* Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent copywriting, communication and collaboration skills.
* Strong eye for design and visual storytelling - experience working with designers or creative tools a plus.
* Top‑notch analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
* Strong attention to detail plus the ability to see the bigger picture.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
* Experience managing and mentoring a team.
* A strategic mind, combined with the ability to get stuck in and deliver.
* A love of bringing people together over food and fulfilling experiences.
* Enthusiasm to work with a creative heritage brand that strives to combine old school values with fresh thinking.
* Ideally, experience working in values‑based, community‑led or independent businesses.

Location
* The role is full‑time and based at MyLahore HQ Bradford – some homeworking will be considered. – Some travel will be required – mostly to our amazing restaurants and events!
* £40,000‑£45,000 per annum, depending on experience plus eligibility for the Company Bonus scheme.
