Your main responsibilities will be: Managing day to day operations of the finance functionsOverseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable processesPrepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standardsManaging cash flow and banking relationships Develop and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets Assist Developing and managing budgets Monitor KPIs and provide insightful financial analysis to management Lead a small finance teamPrepare financial reports and insights to management This role is based off a 37.5 hour week, working Monday to Friday, normal office hours. Skills & experience that are require for this role: Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within a medium-sized company. Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
