Student Casework Specialist
The Student Casework Services at De Montfort University support the student journey from registration to graduation. We are seeking a specialist to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality support for our students.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by managing and enhancing the university's student casework services, including academic appeals, complaints, misconduct, and disciplinary procedures. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the higher education environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
* To manage and enhance the university's student casework services
* To lead a team of officers and administrators in ensuring timely and consistent handling of student cases
* To oversee and coordinate all areas of student casework, ensuring compliance with university regulations and sector best practice
This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week on campus. Additional on-site days may be required depending on business needs.
Requirements
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Deep understanding of the higher education environment, particularly in relation to student casework and adherence to best practices set by the Office of the Independent Adjudicator (OIA)
