Mainmark is an award-winning ground engineering company, providing innovative solutions to restore and improve the strength and stability of ground and structures. We’re trusted globally for our expertise, and now we’re looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This role is all about being the frontline connection between Mainmark and our customers, potential clients, and partners. You’ll play a key part in delivering excellent service and keeping projects running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing
* Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries, bookings, complaints, supplier queries, and directing them to the right teams.
* Managing leads, enquiries, and quotations in Salesforce (CRM).
* Qualifying leads before passing them to the Sales team.
* Handling job bookings and preparing all required documentation.
* Taking payments for site inspections.
* Preparing contracts and obtaining approvals.
* Ensuring site teams have the right paperwork and jobs are completed to client satisfaction.
* Supporting process development projects, such as Customer Service and Loss Adjustor workflows.
* Providing regular reporting to management.
* Assisting the Marketing team when needed.
