The Opportunity
We’re looking for a high‑impact Salesforce Administrator to join our high‑performing GTM Systems team. This strategic, hands‑on role is ideal for a Salesforce professional who masters declarative configuration and thrives on building seamless workflows for a fast‑scaling GTM engine. You will be a key pillar of our GTM stack, turning complex business requirements into elegant, scalable “clicks‑not‑code” solutions while collaborating with a sophisticated technical environment to ensure our Commercial teams have the most efficient tools in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of high‑performance solutions using the full declarative suite, owning the creation of complex Screen Flows, Record‑Triggered Flows and Scheduled Flows to automate the Lead‑to‑Cash lifecycle.
* Act as the primary guardian of the Multiverse Salesforce org, managing security settings, data modelling for custom objects and ensuring platform performance and user‑friendliness.
* Oversee technical health and integration of our GTM tools (Gong, Sales Navigator, Cognism, LeanData), ensuring seamless data flows between these platforms and Salesforce.
* Partner closely with RevOps and GTM leadership to translate business pain points into technical blueprints, scoping projects and advising on optimal systemic approaches for new features.
* Maintain rigorous data governance standards, working with teams to keep pipelines clean and reporting (including forecasting and revenue tracking) accurate.
* Manage deployment lifecycle using Sandboxes and modern deployment tools (Change Sets or Gearset), ensuring all updates undergo rigorous UAT before Production releases.
* Proactively identify friction in the user experience, creating documentation and providing technical guidance to ensure high platform adoption across the business.
Key Qualifications And Experience
* 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, ideally in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup or scale‑up environment.
* Advanced mastery of Salesforce Flow and a deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
* Strong understanding of GTM workflows, including lead assignment, territory management and sales forecasting.
* System‑first thinker who diagnoses root causes to implement permanent, scalable fixes.
* Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales and Finance and explain technical solutions in a business‑oriented manner.
* Experience managing a modern GTM stack (e.g. LeanData, Gong, Lusha) and familiarity with Salesforce APIs.
* Certifications
o Required: Salesforce Certified Administrator (201).
o Highly Desired: Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant.
