Responsibilities
* Master the Mighty Tile: You’ll be the crucial link in getting our heavy tiles and vast array of bathroom products to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be the accurate picking and packing of these items, ensuring safe and swift dispatch so our customers get their dream showers and pristine basins. Expect heavy lifting—you’ll need to be fit and ready for the physical demands of moving bulk items every day.
* Embrace the Challenge: Our busy warehouse will rely on your strength and organisational skills. You’ll tackle the challenge of maintaining a well‑organised stock environment and ensuring timely order fulfilment. From time to time, you may be asked to build robust pallets to secure those heavy loads for speedy dispatch.
* Be a Team Player: Collaboration is key. You’ll work alongside a friendly and supportive team, sharing the load and fostering a positive, productive atmosphere.
* Sharpen Your Skills: This permanent opportunity provides valuable, hands‑on experience in the fast‑paced, physically demanding world of warehouse logistics.

Qualifications
* A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy: Spotting discrepancies and ensuring every pick, pack and dispatch is completed flawlessly.
* The ability to thrive in a physically demanding environment: The warehouse is fast‑paced and requires stamina, agility and the ability to lift and move stock efficiently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: A clear and concise communicator who can collaborate with colleagues and liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
* A can‑do attitude and a willingness to learn: A positive, proactive mindset, always eager to learn new skills and improve warehouse processes.
Shift & Compensation
* Full‑time (40 hours) contract.
* Available shifts: Weekend shifts – Saturday to Tuesday, 07:30‑18:30.
* Pay rate: £12.70 per hour plus a £200 monthly attendance bonus.
