Senior Sales Operations Analyst
We are seeking a data‑driven strategist to become the primary owner of our Territory Management strategy, ensuring our SDRs, Direct Sales, Channel Partners, and Customer Success teams are positioned for maximum impact.
Your Core Mission
* Strategic Territory & Quota Management – Build sales territories that balance capacity with revenue opportunity across multiple product lines and channels.
* Optimize Assignments – Partner with Sales and Channel leadership to drive peak efficiency.
* Model Success – Own and maintain quota models, assessing the impact of new initiatives on the bottom line.
* Define the Rules – Maintain clear documentation of sales processes and territory rules.
* Process & Tech Stack Evolution – Identify bottlenecks and lead cross‑functional projects to bridge gaps.
* Audit Compliance – Monitor assignments to ensure rules are followed and compensation calculated with 100% accuracy.
* Innovate – Evaluate and integrate new technologies and data sources to enhance data quality and actionability.
* Data‑Driven Storytelling – Uncover trends, visualize insights, and create dashboards that help leadership act on performance metrics.
Basic Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Math, etc.).
* Experience: 4–6 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a highly analytical business role.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
* Communication: Ability to translate technical language into clear, actionable business terms.
* Legal: Unrestricted work authorization for the country of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Salesforce Expert – High proficiency in Salesforce administration or reporting.
* Data Visualisation Pro – Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
* Specialized Knowledge – Track record of managing territories and quotas in complex, multi‑channel environments.
* Tech Stack Savvy – Experience with data enrichment, prospecting, conversation intelligence, and intent data tools.
