Our Esher office is seeking a Saturday Lettings Assistant to join and support the team on Saturdays. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to make their first steps into the property industry.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handling administration and legal documentation
* Supporting Lettings Negotiators & Branch Managers
* Coordinating appointments
* Liaising with clients and prospective tenants
* Conducting ad-hoc property viewings as required
Experience and Skills Required:
* A positive, determined, and enthusiastic attitude
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Well-presented appearance
* Willingness to learn and a 'can-do' attitude
* Full UK driver's license
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
