Role Purpose
To achieve set sales targets, deliver business objectives, and effectively manage the assigned area by driving installer engagement, expanding the merchant network, and supporting business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work with the current WHGB installer base to create Statement of Work (SOW) pull-through opportunities
2. Develop and acquire new installer relationships and business opportunities
3. Expand and strengthen the merchant/distribution network within the assigned territory
4. Achieve sales targets and deliver against defined business KPIs
5. Manage and grow the assigned area in line with company strategy
Role Summary
This role is for a senior Sales Engineering Coordinator working under moderate supervision. The position involves performing administrative and moderately complex technical support tasks. The role also supports senior employees in the development of sales materials and documentation.
Responsibilities include reviewing contracts to ensure accuracy of clauses, technical specifications, construction drawings, and negotiation records. The role also supports onboarding, training, and work allocation for business support and technical employees.

Education & Experience:
7. United States: High School Diploma or Associate Degree (or equivalent 2-year post-secondary qualification) with minimum 6 years of relevant experience
8. Europe: Role dependent (experience and qualifications aligned to local market standards)
9. Asia: High School Diploma or Associate Degree (or equivalent 2-year post-secondary qualification) with minimum 6 years of relevant experience
10. Americas (Canada/Mexico): As per regional standards aligned to experience requirement
