About the Role As the Registered Manager, you will take responsibility for an Extra Care service supporting adults with a variety of needs, including mental health and complex care requirements. You’ll lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
