Eden Scott is working with a market-leading client to hire a skilled Business Development Manager to join on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
As part of a small team, the successful BDM will be at the forefront of commercial sales activity; working with the CEO to build a strong pipeline and target new business acquisition. You'll work with all areas of the business to ensure that sales strategy is aligned with wider business goals and ensure the delivery of key client projects. You'll have a passion for technology; you'll be the first to industry events and will enjoy engaging with senior and executive level stakeholders.
Qualifications
* A proven track record of sales and new business development, either from similar BDM roles or Sales Lead/Management posts
* Knowledge of the Scottish tech market (ideally you'll have existing relationships and contexts within your own network)
* The ability to engage with senior and executive level stakeholders in order to sell cutting‑edge technology solutions and projects
* A strategic sales mindset; you'll have the ability to spot new opportunities as well as the tenacity to acquire them
