We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Support Officer to join our team. This pivotal role ensures the effective management of our office operations, volunteer support, youth programs, and public duties. You will provide administrative support across multiple areas of the organisation, includling managing our public duty calendar, paperwork, stats, donations, records; print certificates, manage stocks, order equipment; support youth onboarding and leaders; maintain adult/youth records; process ID/DBS badges; assist volunteers; update website/socials; track activities
GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent
Strong administration and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Familiarity with social media platforms and Canva
Office experience desirable; knowledge of St John Ambulance and events.
