Are you looking for an opportunity to progress in store management? We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Beeston. Candidates must be fully flexible 7 days a week.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager with day‑to‑day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
* Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.
* Ensure the highest standard of customer service.
* Achieve sales and business targets.
* Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising.
* Maximise sales through physical and digital channels.
* Support recruitment and development of volunteers.
* Achieve expectations within campaign activities.
* Work with the manager to generate stock.

* Experience in a customer‑facing role.
* Supervisory experience.
* Commercially driven with a focus on encouraging new ideas.

Other Information
Our stores operate 7 days a week and require flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
