About the Company
Our client is a well-known, reputable property agent with strong local presence and a supportive Branch Director with over 38 years industry experience. This is a company that values its people, operates with traditional estate agency principles, and maintains a great reputation.
The Role
You will work closely with the existing sales portfolio and will be involved in:
* Conducting valuations and winning new instructions
* Managing viewings and progressing sales
* Growing the branchs market presence
* Delivering exceptional customer service
About You
Were looking for someone who is:
* An experienced estate agency professional currently a Senior Negotiator, Valuer, or Sales Manager
* A proven business winner with a strong track record in sales and instructions
* Highly professional, personable, organised and proactive
* Driven, loyal and motivated to build long-term success
* Able to hit the ground running and perform as a strong all rounder
* Lettings experience would be an advantage
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary: £26,000£30,000 (depending on experience)
OTE: £29,000 for Senior Neg level, up to £40,000+ for an experienced Sales Manager
