A great opportunity is now available for a HR Onboarding Team Leader to join the People Services Team within the International People Operations function, based in Birmingham city centre.
This hybrid position currently requires working on-site in the Birmingham office three days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and inspire a team of 45 talented People Operations Administrators.
2. Collaborate closely with a supportive group of People Operations Team Leaders who share knowledge, ideas, and best practice.
3. Be the go-to expert for the Onboarding & Admin hub and play a key role in shaping an exceptional employee experience.
4. Take ownership of the internal ticketing system, prioritising urgent requests efficiently.
5. Delegate tasks effectively and guide your team in managing priorities with confidence.
6. Produce insightful weekly reports that help drive decision-making across the business and People Management Team.
7. Ensure new starters experience a seamless onboarding journey.
