We currently havean exciting opportunity for the role of Business Manager in Lincolnand Gainsborough working for a commercial organisation with asocial purpose.

As a Business Manager, you will beresponsible for leading, motivating and supporting teams ofEmployment Coaches and other support consultants. You will ensurethat staff integrate into multi-disciplinary teams and worktogether to provide regular, high-quality support toparticipants.
To be successful, youwill be an engaging, empathetic and motivating individual, with theability to support staff to achieve day-to-day performance. Thepost holder will develop and maintain effective relationships withkey stakeholders and ensure the effective management of staffcaseloads.
This role is perfect forindividuals with proven leadership skills and experience of leadingand supporting customer-focused teams. The successful candidatewill have excellent interpersonal skills, a solution focusedapproach, be target driven and highlyorganised.
You will assist in thedevelopment of effective team-based activities to meet the needs ofthe caseload and targets through KPI's, customer feedback andlocalised delivery plans. Business Managers also provide effectivecoaching and mentoring to all team members to ensure that they arefully supported and that all learning and development needs areaddressed.
Business Managers supportand assist the Regional Operations Managers with the recruitment ofnew team members. You will ensure the effective induction of allnew recruits into the team by coaching and mentoring them andproviding one to one support anddevelopment.
You will regularly carryout observations to review individual performance, identifying andaddressing any development needs and ensuring compliance andquality standards are being met.
Anup-to-date working knowledge of the benefits system andentitlements is important, you will also be required to understandthe local Northampton labour market, training opportunities andrelevant support agencies.
You willbe encouraged to develop internal policies and processes and newways of working using management information to continuouslyimprove the operation and service forparticipants.

* Extensiveoverall logistics managementexperience
* Experience in coaching and leading ateam to drive success in a challenging and target drivenenvironment.
* Experience of working in theemployment and skills sector and delivering to specified targets,quality standards and compliance measures ispreferred.
* A strong track record ofestablishing and maintaining productive relationships with partnersand stakeholders.
* Knowledge of the local andregional labour market, the benefits system and welfare to workprogrammes is preferred.
* Highly organised andadept at optimal time management.
* Team playercomfortable working with minimum supervision using personal drive,enthusiasm and presence to succeed.
* Passionateabout providing high-quality customer-focusedservices.
* Effective and clear communicator withexcellent negotiation and presentationskills.
* Good administration, IT andorganisational skills with good experience of using MS officesoftware.
* You should be comfortable workingremotely (and willing to do some local travel) using a range ofdigital channels including phone, video conferencing, instantmessaging and email.
* Desire to work in a new,dynamic start-up organisation, where there is a need to be bothcreative andpragmatic.
