We are currently recruiting for a commercial property lawyer to join a thriving team in Bath. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive, enthusiastic, and multi-office team environment. The team in question is highly regarded, serving a diverse clientele locally, in London, and across the UK.
You will be handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters including:
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Leases
* Lease renewals
* Lease management
* Property finance
* Development projects
* Corporate transaction support.
As the new Commercial Property Lawyer you will:
* Have the ability to solve problems
* Be Client-focused and have strong client handling skills
* Be able to instil client confidence
* Possess good negotiating skills
* Have strong presentation and interpersonal skills
* Can-do attitude
* Display flexibility and be able to multitask and manage time efficiently
* Show a tenacity and determination to accomplish tasks within deadlines
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
