Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join during a period of strategic renewal. Reporting directly to the Vice Chancellor and serving on the executive board, the successful candidate will have strategic responsibility for services including marketing, student recruitment, admissions & conversion, global engagement, and events. With growing domestic and international student numbers, your goal will be to strengthen Aberystwyth’s position in a competitive global higher education market.

* Substantial leadership experience in higher education.
* Proven ability to develop data-driven strategies in marketing, recruitment, and admissions.
* Experience managing multi-functional marketing teams using data insights to drive student recruitment growth.
* Ability to balance strategic vision with operational management at a senior level.
* Relevant degree or professional qualification.
* Strong leadership qualities and collegiate influence.
