What is ClinOps?
ClinOps is the engine behind Pfizer’s clinical trial execution. We ensure that every study—from early design to final reporting—is conducted with scientific rigor, operational excellence, and patient safety at the forefront. Our work spans process development, compliance, training, and strategic planning across therapeutic areas.
Who are CSTLs?
Clinical Study Team Leads (CSTLs) are the orchestrators of clinical studies. They direct cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure that every aspect of a trial—from site selection to data collection and reporting —is aligned with global standards and best practices. CSTLs are central to delivering high-quality, efficient, and compliant studies.
What Will You Learn and Do?
As an undergraduate joining our team, you’ll be working alongside skilled CSTLs to gain hands-on exposure to:
* Study Planning & Execution: Support the development of study plans, timelines, and operational strategies.
* Process Innovation: Help identify and improve clinical processes, tools, and systems used across global studies.
* Training & Education: Contribute to onboarding guides, toolkits, and forums that support CSTLs and study teams.
* Data & Metrics: Assist in analysing study metrics and trends to drive quality and efficiency.
* Partnership: Work with diverse teams and across different functions contributing to clinical trial delivery
Why Join Us?
You’ll be part of a dynamic, mission-focused team that values learning, innovation, and impact. Whether you're shadowing study meetings, contributing to process improvements, or helping a CSTL plan and manage a study, your work will matter—and you’ll grow every step of the way.
