Apply now to become an integral part of our team, dedicated to enhancing healthcare delivery Key Accountabilities: To develop and maintain strong relationships with working clinicians and operational staff to assist the organisation in filling sessions at short notice. Regularly communicating with the Rota Manager and Service Managers to advise of any resource gaps within the rota which may pose a risk to the service delivery. Ensure compliant rota fill across all clinical and operational staff rotas within the allocated budget. Produce Rota assurance reports for the clinical and non-clinical rota to provide to the service managers to highlight upcoming vacant sessions on the rota. Key Skills: Proven communication skills with people of all levels and backgrounds Ability to work as a team or individually. Proficient in the use of Microsoft office and other databases. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Previous experience using Rota Master and/or Adastra is desirable. About the role: The salary for this role is £16,380 PA. The hours are Tuesday Thursday, 22.5 hours per week (08:00-16:00 and 10:00-18:00) This role will be based in our Contact Centre in Segensworth, hybrid working to be discussed.
