Grassland Agro sources, produces, and sells a complete range of conventional and specialty fertilizer products, soil conditioners, animal mineral blocks, biostimulants, and dairy hygiene products. Part of Groupe Roullier, our R&D is based at the Global Innovation Center in St. Malo. We focus on delivering superior technical advice and quality products to the farm sector.
We are seeking a Regional Sales and Business Development Manager for the Northern Ireland region. The role involves developing long-term customer relationships, implementing strategic sales plans, enhancing product presentation, optimizing operations, managing trade relationships, overseeing sales administration, supporting and leading the technical sales team, and promoting company policies.
Requirements include a third-level qualification in Agriculture or Business, proven sales management experience, technical knowledge of the agriculture sector, strong commercial skills, leadership abilities, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a full clean driver’s license.
