Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures, including pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and endodontics. The Associate Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest standards of dental care while maintaining a welcoming environment for our patients.
Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
* Conduct routine dental examinations and cleanings, as well as complex procedures such as root canal therapy and dental extractions
* Utilize dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix for patient management and medical documentation
* Implement aseptic techniques and infection control measures during all procedures
* Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide four-handed dentistry support
* Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options in an engaging manner
* Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities
