Job Summary and key responsibilities
We are looking for a Trainee/Sales Consultant to join our successful Shared Ownership re-sales team based in our Maidenhead office but covering the whole of England. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new sales whilst keeping our sellers updated with activity and advising on marketing strategy. The candidate should be able to deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face/remotely. Working closely with the re-sales manager they will grow the re-sales business and develop their own career path.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ringing through new enquiries received into the department
* Delivering buyers results of their affordability assessments
* Booking and (for some stock) carrying out property viewings
* Attending client virtual/physical meetings
* Regular call outs to the active sales database
* Obtaining and providing viewing feedback to clients
* Completing monthly reports for our Housing Providers when required
* Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone/Teams and face to face
* Working towards and achieving personal and department targets
* Handling and agreeing offers and price reductions
* Representing the company in a professional manner
* Advising sellers on Shared Ownership processes and criteria
* Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, Housing Associations and Registered Providers.
